Not every launch needs a big room. Some need the right one.
A product showcase works best when your audience is focused. When the people in the room are there to engage, ask questions and understand what you’ve created. The Central gives you that.

An environment that commands attention
When guests step into The Central, they step away from the distractions of a shared venue or a busy hotel lobby. The space is calm, private and presented to a high standard. That environment works in your product’s favour. It signals that what they’re about to see has been prepared with care.
A location that makes it easy for your guests to attend
A central location removes one of the most common barriers to attendance. The Central is a short walk from Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park stations, with further Underground stations nearby. Your guests can arrive easily from across London and beyond, which matters when the people in the room are the ones you most need to be there.
Flexible spaces for showcasing and presenting
Our Conference Rooms and The Atrium can be configured to support different styles of product showcase. Table-top displays in the conference rooms, a networking reception in The Atrium, a formal presentation in The Wolfson Hall. Rooms can be combined or used in sequence as the programme requires, with AV in place and a team on hand throughout.
Well-timed catering supports the flow of a showcase day without interrupting it. Our in-house catering team works around your programme, ensuring food and refreshments appear at the right moment and are presented to the standard your guests expect.
Every menu is built around your brief and your guests. Dietary requirements are accommodated as standard.
Showcase catering typically includes:
Every showcase has its own format. Here are some of the ways clients have used our spaces to present their products to the right audience.
Table-top showcase with networking (up to 60)
Small exhibition with presentation (up to 80)
Intimate client showcase (up to 18)
Formal product launch with reception (up to 180)
The Central is fully accessible and straightforward to reach from across London, with excellent transport links that make attendance easy for clients, partners and press.
With press attendance often part of a launch, security matters. Our team retains full authority on site throughout your event and can work alongside any additional security you bring.
Diane works with you before the day to understand your showcase format and ensure every practical element is in place. Room configuration, display layouts, catering schedules, AV requirements: she coordinates it all so that on the day, your team can focus entirely on your guests and your product.
A duty manager is on-site throughout. Nothing is left to chance, except the weather. But we can deal with that too. When The Atrium roof is open, at the press of a button, the roof will close. It takes just two minutes.
Planning support includes:
“All my team members loved the venue and the team is a great help. Highly recommend it.”
