Every menu is prepared on site by our in-house team, built around your schedule and the people in the room. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements are accommodated as standard.

For AGMs in particular, she can advise on room layout, delegate flow, voting arrangements and catering timing to ensure the formal business of the day runs smoothly. On the day itself, a duty manager is on-site for the duration.

Can you host a formal AGM with voting procedures?
Yes. Wolfson Hall accommodates up to 180 in a theatre layout, making it well suited to formal AGMs. Diane can advise on room setup, delegate flow and timing to support the formal business of the day. For specific governance or procedural requirements, we recommend discussing your needs with her directly.
Is the venue available exclusively for my meeting?
Yes. The Central operates on an exclusive use basis. Your meeting is the only event in the building. There are no shared spaces and no other groups on site.
Can you support meetings with remote participants?
Yes, we can support both in-person and hybrid events. With 150/150 Mbps WiFi, HD projection in Wolfson Hall and on-site AV support, remote attendees are as well served as those in the room.
How are dietary requirements handled?
Our in-house catering team builds bespoke menus for every event. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements are accommodated as standard. Just let Diane know when you discuss your brief.
How much notice do you need to arrange a meeting?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, but we will always do our best to accommodate you, even at shorter notice. Contact Diane directly to check availability.
Can our own security team attend?
Yes. Client security teams are welcome to attend, though The Central’s own security team retains authority on site throughout your event.
