Event planning services and onsite support

Whatever the occasion, we can provide the level of support you need to make your event as memorable as possible. We work with professional vendors, from caterers, florists, photographers, and additional furniture hire providers, to live bands, DJs, entertainers, and production companies.

Packaging and pricing

Our prices are competitive and budget friendly. Quotes are individual, contingent on your particular event requirements, for example, special services, rentals, and head count. A minimum spend may apply. Whatever your budget, we’ll do our best to provide an option that works for you.

Single point of contact

To streamline communications, we'll provide you with a consistent senior point of contact throughout the event planning process. Diane MacLennan, our friendly and experienced events director, will work closely with you or your event planner to coordinate every detail from start to finish. On the day of your event, a duty manager is on-site, leaving you free to focus on what really matters, hosting a successful event.
