Diane MacLennon, our friendly and experienced Events Director works closely with you or your event planner to refine every detail.
We pride ourselves on flexibility and attention to detail. From custom layouts and state-of-the-art AV equipment to smooth guest flow from our dedicated Registration area into both the Main Hall and the Atrium, every element is thoughtfully considered. We also collaborate with a curated selection of professional vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, furniture providers, live bands, DJs, and production companies, ensuring your event comes together seamlessly.
Whether you’re planning a corporate conference, wedding, fundraising gala, or intimate dinner, we’ll provide the level of support your need to make your event truly memorable.
Tailored packages
Diane will design a custom package that aligns with your specific requirements, preferences, and budget. Our approach ensures that whether you’re hosting 12 colleagues for a strategy day or 180 guests for a grand celebration, our approach ensures that every detail is carefully managed and each event receives the individual attention it deserves.

Dedicated event coordinator
To ensure seamless communication, we provide a consistent senior point of contact throughout the planning process. Diane will assist with organising layouts for presentations, breakout sessions, and networking spaces for corporate events. For social events such as weddings or gala dinners, she’ll help create the perfect ambience to suit your vision.
On the day of the event, whether it’s a business seminar or private party, a dedicated duty manager will be onsite. This allows you to focus on what truly matters – hosting a successful and memorable occasion.
